Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship pan-India — to all states and union territories of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, national holidays, or postal service disruptions. Royal Shopping is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted logistics providers including India Post / Speed Post and other courier services as required. The choice of courier partner is at Royal Shopping's discretion and may vary depending on your delivery pincode.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. In the event of a dispute or discrepancy in shipping charges, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the respective courier's website or via India Post's tracking portal.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times at the shipping address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts (due to recipient unavailability, incorrect address, etc.), the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-dispatch charges will apply.

8. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order. Royal Shopping is not liable for non-delivery or delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged during transit, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 8903370442 with photographs. For parcels lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.royalshoping.com — including product images, text, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Royal Shopping. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
