Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1. Our Commitment to You
We take pride in delivering quality clothing products. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will make it right — promptly and without hassle.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests under the following conditions:

3. Request Window
All return and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for defective/wrong items, and within 1 day of delivery for size exchanges. Requests made beyond these windows will not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Items
All items submitted for return or exchange must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original, undamaged condition
- With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other odours
Royal Shopping reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria upon inspection.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1 — Contact Us via WhatsApp
Message us at +91 8903370442 within the eligible window. Please include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product received.
Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions
Our support team will verify your request and, if approved, provide you with the return address and packaging instructions within 1 business day.
Step 3 — Ship the Product
For preference-based exchanges (size, choice), the customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping via any reliable courier or India Post / Speed Post.
Step 4 — Processing
Once we receive and verify the returned item, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect products and only when the customer explicitly requests a refund instead of an exchange. We do not offer refunds for preference-based returns (size issues, change of mind).
Refund Amount
The refund will cover the product price only. The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Original delivery / shipping charges
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) handling charges (if applicable)
- Return courier charges paid by the customer
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products returned without original tags and packaging
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or misuse
- Minor colour variations due to photography lighting or screen display settings
- Requests raised beyond the eligible time window
8. Return Shipping
For returns due to defective or wrong products, Royal Shopping will bear the return shipping cost. For preference-based exchanges, the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping. The return parcel is entirely at the customer's risk until received by us.
