Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Exchange & Return Eligibility
Customers can request an exchange if:
- The product size does not fit
- The customer wishes to exchange for another size or product
Exchange requests must be raised within 1 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the product is found used, damaged by the customer, washed, or without tags.
2. Self Return / Rebooking Process
For customer preference issues such as:
- Size issue
- Product not liked
The customer must arrange the return shipment themselves.
Customers should book the return parcel through:
- Any courier service, or
- India Post / Speed Post
The return shipment will be completely at the customer’s own risk and cost.
We do not provide return pickup service for preference-based exchanges or returns.
3. Return Shipping Charges
- Return courier/post charges must be paid by the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. After Product Delivery to Our Store
Once the returned product is delivered to our store and verified by our team:
- Our support team will contact the customer
- Eligible exchange requests will be processed
- Replacement/size exchange will be arranged based on stock availability
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in the following case:
Eligible Refund Condition
- Product received is damaged/defective
Refunds will be processed only after verification by our team.
Refund Amount
Only the product amount will be refunded.
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Delivery charges
- COD charges (if any)
- Return courier charges
Refunds will be processed only if the customer specifically requests a refund instead of exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags
- Damage caused by customer misuse
- Minor color variation due to lighting/mobile display
- Requests made after the allowed return period
